2 Corinthians 2:15 – "The Fragrance of Jesus is Pleasing" – J. P. Kang

Discussion Questions:

1. What are some ways you participate in making Jesus’s presence real in the places you live, study, or work (e.g., the words you say or the actions you take)? In what ways can you grow in the understanding that it is God’s work, not yours?

2. If you trust in Jesus, you were once among those who were “perishing,” but now you are “being saved”—what role did recognizing the “aroma of Christ” play in your own salvation story? How might you be a subtle, gentle presence for those in your life who do not yet know him?

3. In the great biblical drama of redemption, it is God who is victorious, and it is through our weakness and humiliation that God’s power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). How does this temper your vision of what it means to live a victorious life in Christ?
