Discussion Questions:
1. With which generation do you identify yourself? What did you receive from those of previous generations, and what do you think you are passing on to the generation(s) that follow? Of what kind of living legacy do you hope to be a part?
2. How do children teach you to “receive the kingdom of God” (Luke 18:17)? How can you return this blessing to them?
3. What regular practices help you keep your focus daily on Jesus, the human face of God and God’s love? How can you engage children (yours and others’) in your own journey of growth and learning? (Deuteronomy 6:7)
4. Pray that the Holy Spirit will guide and finish the work of spiritual growth in you (Philippians 1:6) and use you to help that same work begin in the younger people in your life.
