1. What is a big promise to you (from God or another person) that has no expiration date? How does that promise and relationship sustain you here and now?
2. One of the benefits of the new covenant that Jeremiah speaks of is a new heart that is taught directly by God (compare Ezekiel 36:26)—in what ways have you begun to experience this radical new reality as a result of trusting Jesus and receiving the Holy Spirit?
3. In what ways have you experienced forgiveness from God or others? In what ways is forgiveness (received or given) a sign of new life in Christ?
