Discussion Questions:
1. Jesus could have easily left the tomb without moving the stone that covered the tomb. Why then do you think the stone had been rolled away?
2. What do you think of the fact that Jesus appeared first to Mary Magdalene and not to Peter or one of the other disciples?
3. Mary, Peter, and the “other disciple” (presumably John) each had different reactions to the empty tomb. Compare and contrast.
4. Take time to reflect on the truth that Jesus has risen, and consider how this reality effects your life now.
